Voice Dynamic Newsletter Is Indecision Standing in Your Way? August 22, 2008 |
Greetings, Let me tell you about Anthony. Anthony has wanted to improve his speaking voice for many years and has been in touch with me since long before we produced Voicing It! While I have had people fly in from all over the country to work with me privately, there are many more people who are not able to do this. That was the major reason we created and produced Voicing It!. I was receiving email requests from all over the world and I knew I needed a product. Yes, I wrote the Voicing It! manual in the early 90's but I chose not to publish it because I do not believe you can find your 'real' voice with a book. Nor do I believe that you can find that voice by means of CDs that you listen to on the way to work. With the advent of digital equipment that would allow us to professionally capture The Voice Dynamic Approach on video however, we knew we had the answer. And it worked. One of the best complements I receive about the DVDs is how professional they are and how extensive and intensive the training. This is where Anthony comes in. He phoned me the other day and is almost ready to try Voicing It. He said that he has all of the other voice products on the market and my immediate reaction was that if he has all of the other books and tapes and is still phoning me than obviously the other products have not worked. If you want to sound more mature, project your voice without shouting, eliminate vocal abuse, get rid of nasality, speak in living color, and control your nervousness in any form of public speaking, then Voicing It! is for you. You will think that you are working with me personally because the training is personal. [And, it gets better. My guarantee is my personal guarantee: if at any point during the training you would like my opinion or you want me to hear your 'new' voice or you just want some feedback, I am here for you. Phone me, email me, we'll talk.] Is Voicing It! difficult? No. Discovering your 'real' voice is easy; however, making it a habit takes work. So, yes, you will find your voice in a snap but you will have to make that 'new' voice a priority which means using it as much as possible. The more often you speak with your 'real' voice, the sooner it will take over. And of course, it will only improve with age. Isn't it time you discovered your 'real' voice? |
